Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Columbia River Elementary!

Dear Families,

I’m honored to begin my second year as principal of this incredible school community. Our dedicated staff remains deeply committed to helping every student succeed, and this year, we’re excited to embrace our schoolwide theme: Soar Together. It’s a reminder that when we lift each other up, we all rise higher.

At Columbia River, our mission is clear: we provide a safe and inclusive learning environment that nurtures creativity, cooperation, and an appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. We foster productive problem-solvers and independent thinkers. We also value strong partnerships with families and the broader community to support every child’s success.

I warmly welcome parents and community members to partner with us in this important work. One way to stay informed and involved is by attending Coffee with the Principal, held monthly throughout the school year. These gatherings are a great opportunity to connect, review school data, and share your valuable input and insights to help shape our school’s direction.
