Dear Columbia River Families,

Welcome to a new school year at Columbia River Elementary! We are excited to welcome both new and returning families as we begin another year of learning, growth, and opportunity.

This year's theme, Learning Without Limits, reflects our belief that every student has the potential to achieve great things. By fostering curiosity, perseverance, creativity, and collaboration, we will inspire students to embrace challenges, think critically, and discover that there are no limits to what they can accomplish.

At Columbia River Elementary, our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive learning environment that nurtures creativity, collaboration, and an appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. We are committed to developing confident learners, independent thinkers, and productive problem-solvers while ensuring every student feels welcomed, valued, and supported.

We know that a strong partnership between home and school is essential to student success. We encourage you to stay connected and involved throughout the year.

One of the best ways to stay informed is by attending our monthly Coffee with the Principal meetings. These gatherings provide an opportunity to:

• Share ideas
• Partner with us to support every child
